Felipe brings over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and higher education sectors to clients, including program development and evaluation, strategic planning, grant writing, fundraising, and design and delivery of leadership training programs. He has raised over $65 million from governmental agencies, foundations and corporations as a grant writer, and managed dozens of grant funded programs.

Grounded in ethnographic research, entrepreneurship, and design thinking, Hannah works to understand the people and structure behind an organization to innovate and help envision its future. Hannah has experience consulting with non-profits and start-ups, defining their audience and developing the appropriate solutions for their needs.

Rebecca Salinas, HR and Data Strategist

Employees are a critical part of any organization. They serve as subject matter experts who ensure clients have a positive experience. Organizational data is important in telling the story of what is currently happening within the organization and providing guidance on how to move to a future state. Rebecca has five years of experience working in Human Resources and helping organizations identify essential data to monitor, including its visualization. She has created new job and compensation structures for organizations, as well as creating dashboards of information to help leaders identify next steps to guide their organization.
